How to achieve high efficiency and ensure the safety of box goods during transportation? Below, we will introduce a design scheme for a box cargo handling robot.
Using truss robots to grab and transport box goods to designated positions, achieving efficient automated operations. The shape of the goods is shown in the following figure, with a length of 600mm, a width of 450mm, and a height of 1800mm. The weight of the goods is 200-250kg. The speed is 1.5 minutes per action cycle. The gripper also needs to be able to rotate 90 degrees.
Overall plan and layout
The truss of the box cargo grabbing system consists of an integral column, X-axis walking longitudinal beam, Y-axis walking transverse beam, Z-axis lifting axis, Z-axis rotating axis, and multifunctional gripper.
Multi functional gripper
The gripper is made of Q235B steel welded into shape, and can be adjusted by servo motor and screw to adapt to products with a width of 600mm~660mm.
