This article introduces the anode plate transport and loading truss manipulator designed and manufactured by Trumen Company.
Functional Description
The gripper of the loading truss robot has a rotating function, which can grab and rotate 12 anode plates from a 5-ton RGV trolley, and place them in sequence on the shelves of a 20 ton RGV trolley to achieve automatic transportation and loading of anode plates. At the same time, it can exchange data with the existing raw material sales information system and production control system (MES).
Overall plan and layout
The overall plan consists of columns, X axis, Z axis, R axis rotation axis, gripper, electrical control system, etc. This equipment runs smoothly, quickly and efficiently, and can effectively improve the efficiency of anode plate transportation and loading.
workflow
1. The 5-ton RGV trolley sends the anode plate to one end of the loading truss robot, and reports to the upper computer after it is in place;
2. The upper computer issues a command, and the loading truss robot grabs the anode plate from the 5-ton RGV;
After removing the anode plate, the loading truss robot sends a request to the upper computer for unloading;
4. Upon receiving the unloading instruction from the upper computer, the loading truss robot will transport 12 anode plates to the designated position on the 20 ton RGV (the loading truss can distinguish 4 positions on the 20 ton RGV);
5. The upper computer counts the loading of the truss robot 4 times.
