2. Overall plan and layout
The bucket lid cleaning system mainly consists of truss robotic arms, cleaning machines, and other equipment. The entire system is divided into bucket lid online station, bucket lid cleaning station 1, bucket lid cleaning station 2, clean bucket lid caching station, and closing station.
3. Workflow
When the cleaning station is available, the truss robotic arm is responsible for grabbing a single bucket lid and placing it into the cleaning equipment for cleaning. The cleaned bucket lid is grabbed by the truss robotic arm and placed in the clean bucket lid storage station or directly in the closing station to complete the closing.
