Design Proposal

The ton package system mainly consists of a truss manipulator, a multifunctional gripper, a weighing system, a 3D scanning system, and a cutting knife for opening packages

An S-shaped weighing sensor is installed at the end of the multifunctional gripper, with the main functions of:

1) When capturing packets, check if the wrong packet was captured

2) When discharging materials, check whether the materials are completely cleaned

3D scanning

Equipped with a set of 3D scanner cameras in the middle frame of the gripper, before grasping the truss, scan the outer shape of the target object and determine its X and Z coordinates.

Multi functional gripper

The gripper is made of Q235B steel welded into shape, and can be adjusted by servo motor and screw to adapt to products with diameters ranging from 80mm to 2500mm.
